SkyCraft shares the Minecraft layer
SkyCraft's author describes a shared Minecraft world containing blocks, items, mobs and other players. Every participant still runs their own Skyrim, with separate NPCs and quests. Your friend can be part of the same building session without being in the same Skyrim quest state.
Both the Melty listing and the author's README advertise up to 100 players. That is a stated capacity, not a benchmark for a particular host PC or connection. Pick the mashup for the shared activities it documents, not for an assumption that its largest advertised session will run smoothly on any hardware.
| Layer | SkyCraft sharing | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Minecraft blocks and items | Shared | You work inside the same Minecraft world. |
| Minecraft players and mobs | Shared | Participants interact through the Minecraft layer. |
| Skyrim NPCs and quests | Local | Campaign state remains different on each PC. |
Minecraft Ring is a different kind of session
Minecraft Ring's listing and author README describe offline single-player. Do not infer multiplayer from the presence of Minecraft, from a friend's successful SkyCraft session or from a platform-level invitation feature.
The Melty package starts Elden Ring with Easy Anti-Cheat off for this offline setup. Its listing distinguishes that from launching the normal online game through Steam. This is not a general anti-cheat bypass guide: keep modded play inside the package's stated offline boundary and the underlying game's rules.
A join link is an invitation, not a password
Melty's terms say anyone with a multiplayer join link can join, and a public game can be discovered by people on Melty. They also say other players connect to the host's PC, either directly or through the game's own services, and that the host's IP address and port are shared with participants to make the connection work.
Send links only to the audience you intend to invite. Do not post a private-session link in a public screenshot or description. Melty says hosts can remove players and users can block others; it does not claim to operate the game servers, voice or chat itself.
A release badge is not a promise about your PC
Melty's terms describe an audit before each release goes live, but also say the service does not promise that every mashup will work on every PC or that every multiplayer session will connect. Security review, package compatibility and the performance of a particular session are different questions.
ER Mario's page makes another distinction: local preparation and gameplay were tested while live-client installation remained to be verified in the listing we read. Read the package description as well as the badge. This directory does not turn a published clip into an independent installation test.
Keep experiments away from irreplaceable progress
Melty's terms say its app copies files it replaces so it can restore them when a mashup is removed. That restoration process is not a substitute for keeping your own important saves. SkyCraft's author explicitly recommends backups, and both SkyCraft and Minecraft Ring describe experimental behaviour.
Stay with the original package page and linked author project for fixes. Do not enter game-account credentials into this directory, accept unsolicited replacement executables or share personal tokens in a bug report. We provide discovery and reading material, not game hosting or technical access to your PC.
